Please use this online form to submit a request to change exterior of a unit. All exterior changes require approval from the Architectural Control Committee and Board prior to initiation of work.

Please note: before any exterior work can be approved or commenced, a copy of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that includes the GSHA must be presented to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), GSHA Board, and management company. Following is a sample COI for reference:
